\u201eEst. 1347\u201c steht auf unserem Logo und tats\u00e4chlich wurde der \u201eH\u00f6randlhof\u201c oder das \u201eH\u00f6randlgut\u201c um 1347 erstmals urkundlich erw\u00e4hnt. Der Name leitet sich vom damaligen Besitzer \u201eHerrant\u201c ab, ein typischer mittelalterlicher Name, \u00e4hnlich wie etwa Hermann.<\/p>

In unsere Familie gelangte der H\u00f6randlhof im Jahr 1936, als die damaligen Besitzer diesen besonderen Platz verkaufen wollten und Martinas Urgro\u00dfmutter Juliane Gerl vlg. Sch\u00fcttner in Ritzmannsdorf die Chance ergriff, sowohl Wiesen als auch den dazugeh\u00f6rigen Wald zu erwerben. In den folgenden Jahren wurde das \u201eHirandl\u201c, wie es im Dialekt genannt wird, als Lehen genutzt, um die Rinder im Sommer auf diesen frischen, saftigen Wiesen weiden zu lassen.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Als Martinas Gro\u00dfeltern Max und Josefa Gerl 1948 zum H\u00f6randl zogen, lag sehr viel Arbeit vor ihnen, um hier ganzj\u00e4hrig wohnen zu k\u00f6nnen. Ihrem Flei\u00df ist es zu verdanken, dass das Haus stetig wuchs und schon bald die ersten \u201eSommerfrischler\u201c hier wohnen sollten. F\u00fcr die G\u00e4ste zog die Familie mit ihren T\u00f6chtern Veronika und Selma immer den ganzen Sommer aus ihren Zimmern aus.Besonders die Zeit der Segelflugschule Aigen brachte dem Ort und auch unserem Haus einen enormen Aufschwung.<\/p>

Mit dem Tod von Opa Max Gerl 1997 \u00fcbernahm Martinas Mutter Selma den H\u00f6randlhof und f\u00fchrte die Pension ihrer Eltern mit 8-14 Doppelzimmern weiter.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

2019 wurden schlie\u00dflich Martina und ihrem Mann Gregor die Geschicke des Hauses \u00fcberlassen und in 9monatiger Umbauzeit wurde daraus der H\u00f6randlhof, wie er nun dasteht, gedacht als Haus zur Entspannung und Erholung mit vier gro\u00dfen Ferienwohnungen und dem ehemaligen Gastzimmer als Aufenthaltsraum f\u00fcr die G\u00e4ste.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
